Withdraw Active Listing From MLS Systems (Early Termination Of Listing)

This item is for when you have decided to not sell your property via your MLS partner, and cancel your listing agreement. This fee also applies to an owner who has chosen to rent their property, transfer a listing to a new broker, or simply take off the market.  

By ordering this item, the owner agrees this is notice to their MLS partner about the withdrawing of the listing per the listing agreement between the broker and owner. 

This fee will cover the withdrawing from the MLS and the administrative fees by Corporate.
