First Option for FSBOS is a new marketing system for property owners tired of paying 6% to sell a property. 

Our top brass are former asset managers, who sold properties on behalf of a corporate institution regional bank that was in the top 20 in the U.S.A. before it was sold. Banks like to merge, and eventually our department was phased out. The original bank has since been merged into a top 6 bank and all of the departments were let go. Hence the formation of First Option for FSBOS.

Our department sold bank assets via real estate brokers, outsource companies, auction companies, and bulk sales to other investors. By selling thousands of assets over a ten year period through many channels, we have learned what works and does not work.  The packages we have designed for our First Option system mirror methods we used and are now available for you as an owner.
