SUPRA Lockbox Deposit

Unfortunately, we must collect a deposit while the lock box is being used at your property. After closing, your deposit will be refunded once the lock box is returned by the end of the month.

We do not open the shackle on the lockboxes because we have found they scrape and damage doors. We recommend placing the lockbox outside of your door when you have a showing, or obtaining a chain and attaching the lockbox to your railing.

The deposit is $149.00. So  you will receive $149.00 back when your lockbox is returned. If your key is in the lockbox, we will mail it to your address. Simply add in a note on the return package of your new address.
